Description of the project

The customer brought the FURUNO power supply to the service center with a request to fix it. The power supply did not react to the voltage in any way

This power supply unit has been converted from an AC network to a 24 volt DC network. The measurement results showed a complete absence of output voltage

Project description

As a result of the diagnosis, a malfunction of the PWM controller and the field-effect transistor was revealed, which had to be replaced. The capacitor was also replaced.

After replacing the parts, the output voltage on the board was diagnosed within the normal range of 24 volts
